Good place, well managed.

Strangely, there are no buzzers/intercoms for apartments. Visitors have to call you on their cell phones when they arrive so you can let them into the building.
Can hear the freeway (not too bad) and there is a fair bit of noise from nearby construction.
Has an outdoor pool, but it's not heated so it's not of much use in the spring.
Parking is good, but the stalls are very small.
