I lived here for only 6 months. When we inquired for a 2 bedroom it was $1200, a month later when we signed our lease it was $1300 and after 6 months they raise it to $1800. Rip off. The master bedroom was spacious but the other room was dingy (big enough for only a queen bed). The windows were paper thin and you froze in the winter - horrible. The apartment was on Olympic and all you heard was freeway traffic and ambulance noise (Ambulance company is across the street on Alma). And the straw that broke the camel's back was the heating/air conditioning unit. It is on the wall and NEVER worked. Total rip off for a nice looking complex.
