"Happy" is full of ---- or the fatso manager. This place is a high-class dump. "... can't beat the location"''' Well, I guess not if you like the sound of the freeway and all the traffic from downtown echoing throughout your apartment. The PG&E bills are high as hell because the place has paper thin insulation and big windows. The heating & a/c units are a joke. Can we say "cheap-assed"' Hope you're in good shape to hike up the 90 degree hill to get into the entrance. Stay far away from this place - you can do much better in a much quieter part of town.
