I have lived and worked at Park Place for almost 4 years. It is a beautiful community, with great people. I have to say that this web site is ridiculous. Their slogan is apt reviews by real people. Unfortunately many of the real people are not people that have actually lived here, but from other apt community staff that are trying to make us look bad. Until recently, we were ranked one of the best in Walnut Creek. I guess that was to intimidating to some of our competitors. I welcome everyone to come see our property in person. Our office is open everyday. Please stop by and take a tour! :0)
