I have lived at Park Place Apartments for some years. The other residents are nice, in all places you have some that do not take care of things and don't care. The present management is much better than management in the past. If I have a complaint they resolve it or fix any problem in my apartment that I have. As for the walls being thin - isn't unusal in an apartment. I work with someone who purchased a condo in the area (just converted and she is having the same problem) thin walls.
