After Living in this apartment for a short time I ran in to some serious maintenance problems of whch I addressed to management, only to by laughed off, and this was not the only time. I had to resort to contacting their management to get anything done. It seems like they are trying to save money on needed contruction and services by simply not repairing mny things. From first look the place looks nice, but upon further inspection you will quickly notice many problems. Supposedly there was a 24 hour security guard, however where was this guard when some intoxicated tenants barged into my apartment one night. I reccoment this place to no one, I have lived in many apartment, none as bad as this place, with such poor management, and I will never live here again.
