When we moved in, management shows you this model, and its nice, but what they don't tell you is that your apartment's bedroom is right on the walkway and you don't sleep because of all the noise going on outside. Neighbors who slam their doors, stomp their feet, yell at all hours of the night because they have no respect that they live in a complex. There are people who play music constantly, and when you call "Courtesy Patrol" to complain, they don't do anything about it. They are also rude when you call them.
AND: If you live below a family of four, like I do, its hell trying to have some piece with two monkeys jumping to their floor (Your ceiling) and shaking your apartment.
And there is dog crap everywhere, and it smells bad, especially by the buildings that are clumped together. Maintenece doesn't pick that up.
The buidlings leak water everywhere when it rains.
Don't move in if you are looking for a quiet place to live. Its too big a complex for anyone to run with so many tenants.
