Despite reading the bad reviews of Park Regency on this site I still decided to move in. BIG MISTAKE!! Every bad thing you read on this site is TRUE. I thought "it can't be THAT bad...it looks nice enough"....but it IS THAT bad and then some. Parking is horrible, dog poop everywhere, it's GHETTO especially if you're located near the 7-11/taco bell shopping center!) , the creeks are a breeding ground for mosquitoes in the summer (hello' west nile') and worst of all, it's ridiculously loud (walls thin, INCONSIDERATE neighbors, heels clomping down the stairs, neighbors talking on balcony until 4 in the morning)....i could go on.

The other problem we encountered was MICE!! coming in through the walls in our kitchen. We caught 10 (using traps) in the span of a few weeks......so disgusting!!!!! I called for maintenance at least a dozen times. NO RESPONSE. Finally had to take off work early and DEMAND that they do something.

If you're thinking about moving in, BELIEVE the reviews.
I know you shouldn't expect too much from apartment living, but you sure as heck can find better than Park Regency.
I can't wait to move out!!

You are right. Same mistake :-( I hate this place. It is the worst place I have ever lived in.
