Nice, quiet, clean, great staff. I have NEVER used my A/C and I'm one who LOVES to have it on all the time because I'd rather be too cold than too hot. The walk to the BART station is terrific! I rarely have to drive anywhere. I live in the middle apartments and the BART noise is minimal if any. I'm a light sleeper and I sleep with the windows open every night. I don't hear a thing.
I'm a very picky person and I have to say, this is a GREAT place to live! I highly recommend it!

I do not know where you live, but the Park Regency Apts. ARE VERY NOISY and most of the noise comes from the maintenance themselves.
