Building 1 smells bad all the time, there are really inconsiderate tenants living all over the place, that vomit everywhere, and urinate in the elevators, and leave garbage everywhere. Maintenance doesn't even clean them until after 2-3 days. They have increased rent dramatically and I do not see a valid reason for the increase. I have not seen the pools and hot tubs maintained well either. There are people that use the main pool all the time, they practically live in it. There is a group of older people, about 5 of them that are always hogging the pool. The walls are paper thin, and i have been kept up late at night by my neighbor upstairs. I hear bad things about the exit assessment, that they try and keep as much of your deposit as possible.

Exit harassment - they try to keep as much of the deposit as possible. We recently moved out of the Park Regency apartment and had to go through hell that maintenance puts you here when you decide to leave. BE WARNED: If you've lived here less than 2 years you will immediately loose $80-200 for painting, at least $70 (depends of the size of the apt) for carpet cleaning and over $100 for cleaning (no matter how clean your apt is in the end). They literally have told me that "they have to charge a cleaning fee" no matter what. And it doesn't matter how clean your apt is in the end, how long you've lived here and etc.: YOU WILL BE CHARGED CLEANING FEE of at least $100!!!! They don't explain for what exactly either - just cleaning fee. So don't even bother cleaning if you're moving out, you'll loose your money anyway - guaranteed.
