As long as you don't have to deal with management/maintenance here you'll be ok. They messed up my moving day by having us down for different day in their computer than on the lease we signed-had to tip movers $500 to promise to bring our stuff back at night after convincing management we won't mess up the paint that was not dry. Failed to replace faulty water heater until it burst. Maintenance returns calls rarely-they rather just show up unannounced and enter apt no matter how many times you tell them to call first because you have "do not enter" paperwork. Don't get me started about my noisy neighbors that the management won't take care of. Also there are several pit bulls in the complex despite the "under 25 lbs." policy-I don't feel my 3.5 lb toy dog is safe to walk around here for fear he would be eaten! I know this comment is harsh but I think people should know what a complex is like before they move in. I can't help what kind of neighbors I have but management should know how to deal with people who blast surround sound until 3 am. I say 3 stirkes and you're out!
