Okay the last reviewer must be a prissy person, because she is completely over exaggerating the Park Regency Apartments. First of all for normal people who go to work during the day you don't hear the maintenance group doing any work. I leave from a quiet apartment and come back to a quite apartment.

Grounds: The grounds are very clean, because like the previous reviewer said, they have there guys working during the day. For the last few weeks they have been water blasting the curbs and the speed bumps to remove the paint from them so they can repaint them with new paint. They have almost completed painting most of the area and it is looking a lot better with the fresh paint. Also today they water blasted the exterior apartment floors to get rid of dirt, cuff marks, etc. They do this once a year. Outside of this once-in-a-while maintenance, the maintenance crew spends the water the grass and plants and keeping the grounds clean. I have never heard someone complain because the management was making a clear effort to keep the grounds looking good.

Residence: I don't know her claim to section-8 people. My building has very nice and courteous residence, non whom display behavior typical to whatever stereotype associated with section-8 people. Maybe it is just your building mine is great and residence are good and very respectful.

Parking: Parking is extremely hard if you don't have a parking space. There are various guest parking spaces, but I believe residence with extra cars tend to use these spaces. However there is usually parking outside the residence on civic drive in worse case scenerios.

Security: The gate near 7-11 is useless, because there are so many people coming in and out of it at any given time that you can always wait around for someone to go through then follow behind. However, I don't think there is anything that is really insecure about the neighborhood, so the security gate in general is not needed. I feel safe and drive and park a 60K car here.

Overall the place is well kept, there is noise during the day lately from the maintenance guys, but this is not normal operations for them. Parking can be hard for guest especially after 6PM on weekdays. It is a great place to live. Conveniently located off I-680 and not far from downtown WC.

Wow, I hope they pay you well to post good reviews here. Burning in Hell for lying sucks, getting paid $10/hour for it sucks even worse. For a person, who spends an entire day at work, you seem to know a lot of what's going on at the apartments during the day - unless of course your work is in the apartment office....

This is so OBVIOUS you work for them! No one who lives there would possibly write this kind of CRAP. How do you know all these things if you work all day ha? And oh my god...your words and I qote them "I feel safe and drive and park a 60K car here." YOU CANNOT AFFORD this kind of car working for this horrible appartments. Unless they pay you under the table for the "positive" reviews you write here right after a negative. You think people are so dumb to believe you??? Think again :-) and again ;-) and again :-) Maybe someday you will see how idiotic your comments look and sound.

I am an actual resident of this apartment complex actually. I actually live here with my girlfriend in 3120 she drives a TT and I drive a Twin Turbo G35 which you may see around. There are about 3 of us in the complex with one. I honestly gave this review based upon my experience here at the residence. I have only been staying here 3 months, but so far so good. Me and my girlfriend are planning to leave her after the lease is out and go to Bay Street Apts in Emeryville, but for now I don't have any complaints. Maintenence fixes our problems within 24 hours. Never has it taken them longer. Only had to call them 3 times (1) garbage disposal problem (2) kitchen light out (3) weird smell from sink. Also if I was from Park Regency I would have given the apt a 5 not a 3. On another note though. I wish the apartment was reviewing these post, because they would realize that people would like them to cut down on the maintence that goes on during the day and I am sure it would save them a lot of money to do so. Also I have a pending complaint with the management department, because their stupid rear gate sensor malfunctioned and hit my car. This is when I now have to say that management sucks, because they are doing everything in their power to not reimburse me for the damage to my car. Anyways to further elaborate, I realize it really depends on where your apartment is situated in the complex. We we in a rear corner and probably the quietest place you can be in any of this buildings so we lucked out. I went to our friends place in the complex over and it was much louder and their bedroom window was next to the walkway where ours it not. It makes a huge difference on the amount of noise you hear. Also the comment about owning an expensive car in this residence is impossible. I have actually seen many porsche, benz, and bmws in this complex. Some poeple like to pay a lot for their cars and not a lot for housing. If you lived here you would notice that these cars exist on the premises.

It's amazing that whenever someone posts a good review on a place, it "must" be the manager. I guess this website should be called "complainersonly.com" instead. I live at Park Regency and would agree with the original poster. He shouldn't have to explain himself and give you his address and what car he drives and where he plans on moving next in order for you to believe him.
