It funny, how after every really negative review, there will always appear 2-5 positive reviews. Don t be fooled: it s the apartment staff trying to keep the rating higher. They don t have anything else to do during the day anyway.

About the noise in the previous reviews: it is true. Maintenance is very noisy. I work during the day, so it s not that bad for me; however, they start around 8am (I leave for work at 9am) and then sometimes they turn on their lawn mowers or leaf blowers even on Saturdays. They do seem to be doing a lot of useless work (painting the speed bumps), and not really that fast with resident problems. I wish they were that quick when my washer broke or sink got stopped up. Noise could be a serious problem if you have kids.

Staff can be rude sometimes; especially the ones that you deal with after you signed the lease.

Overall, I don t recommend it. Especially, since there are so many other complexes around this same area, just as close to bart and 680. This complex isn t cheap either, considering how old their furnishings are.
