Well, I have been very disappointed with this place since the first
day I moved in. Before I can tell you all the negative things about
this place, let me start with one positive.

1. Grounds are nice, beautiful, and very well kept!

Now, moving on:
The place is very, very, very, and I cannot say enough how very noisy
this place is. You will not get any rest there if you stay at home any
day during the week or your work does not start early and you want to
sleep in. The reason these grounds are well kept is becuase the maintenance
works all day long to keep them nice. They start at 8 AM and do not get
quiet until 5 or 7 PM. They make so much noise that it is impossible to ever
get some rest. I have leaved in these apartments for 2 years now and I cannot
wait until my lease is over! For these 2 years it was noisy all the time!!!
It will drive you absolutely nuts!

Most of the apartments are very dark. No sun gets into
your rooms unless you get lucky with the location of your
building. The buildings are built so close to each other that
you can hear and see the people who live across from you!!!
Most of the one bedroom apts. build so your bedroom window
faces the walkway (corridors) and if you are trying to sleep,
well you cannot, because people WALK right next to your window.
As if they walk right next to your head becuase the bedrooms are
so small! And your bed will be next to the window!!!
You can see and hear people behind your window. And they can do
too if you do not close your blinds. Oh, and they DO NOT show you
the apt. that you will be living in until you lease. So you do not
know about it and cannot see how horrible it really is.. You most
likely get this kind of 1 bedroom apt. or the one by the trash shoot.

The management is awful - The guy with ------ ----------- will not
be very helpful to you at all. Nor the most of them. If you have something
that requires maintenance, you will have to wait up to a week or more.
Unless it is an emergency then they will come right away.

When you will move out, you will have to go through hell. (I know this
because 2 of my friends already moved out, and I am the last to go)
The guy who is in charge of maintenance with ------ ----------- will not
let you off thee hook easy. They will keep your deposit (half or all) no
matter how good you clean your apartment. My friend had it cleaned
professionally by cleaning services and they still kept half of his
deposit claming that the place was medium clean!!! Same happened with my
second friend. When she was negotiating with him, he (the guy in charge of maintenance) said that people who clean after you move out, need to get
payed and that was it. Later did we learned that the people that he referred
to was HIS cleaning crew of HIS own cleaning business. So he can say whatever
he wants about your apartment being durty because it is in his interest to
keep your deposit.

The FLIES! They are everywhere! They get into your rooms,
they are in front of your doors, they are all over the grounds.
They have fountains around the grounds, so flies nest there and
you cannot get rid of them! They will be in your rooms and kitchen!

They have 2 pools and 3 Jacuzzi/hot tubs. Pools are Ok, somewhat clean.
Most of the time they stay clean. Jacuzzi are not that clean but are OK.
But none of the jacuzzi has their massaging jets working. One of them
worked for a while (just one of them) and now it does not. So you just
sit in the HOT tub without the water jets working ;-) And this has been
for 2 years now :-) They were reparing it so many times, they fixed the
bottom of the tub to look nice but the jets still DO NOT work. Like I
said before just one of the seven or eight jets is working on ONLY ONE
jacuzzi. The rest of them are just HOT tubs without working jets. So
you can still sit there but no massaging of your back of neck :-(
