I have been suffering here in a PUKE Regency Apts. for a year and half. I had experienced the worse in this apartment:

The beautiful grounds are the only positive

It's officially the worst reviewed complex on this website!

Take many, many pictures of the "apartment" you move
into while doing the walk-thru - believe me you will be
thanking me when you will be moving out.
Write down EVERY detail of imperfection.

"Now Leasing" banners are permanent because of a
constant turnover in tenants!
Rats crawl up the stucco walls into all the apts!
Ask any CC Sheriff or Walnut Creek Police officer about this place.
Vandalizing of my BMW twice in 2 months.
It's been over-run by Section 8 thugs!!!
I had to wear ear plugs at night.
They had a gas leak in one of the buildings and it blew-up!
Mold is all over the bathroom.
$75 fine for one day late of rent payment.
no guest parking space ever.
you have no storage and the only storage you have is where your
stackable washer and dryer should go
People move in and out everyday and huge
moving trucks block available spaces to park.
flies are everywhere in your rooms
bird poop in your balcony
frequent elevators breaking
cabinets are old and stinky.
they will charge you for things that were already there.
you will loose your deposit when moved out. (after a pro. cleaning by maid service)
staff is so RUDE (----, --------, ------, ---)
windows face the outside hallway, so you NEVER can get a rest or sleep.
water leaks from your air conditioner non stop
dont expect any of your deposit back.
youll get a rash if you use the pools
hot tubs do not have working jets
everything is old inside and never gets fixed

I've had fixtures of the tiolet, showerhead, garbage disposal (4 ---es),
and front door all break and require mainenece visits on a monthly basis.,
11 buildings 4 story each, do the math on noise level.
Buildings are scrambled together SO closely.
Neighbors balcony is just LITERALLY 5 feet away from mine.
Garage has NO video camera, and you will never catch the guy.
They will take your deposit and you will owe them money no
matter how well you scrub and clean when you move out.

I'm definitely fed up and moving out...
