Unfortantely I was fooled when I moved in. The grounds were beauitfully landscaped. The apartment modeled is not what you will be moving into. DO NOT BOTHER LOOKING, RUN.

First keep in mind if you do not live on the top floor you will not be able to use your moblie phone. As a working professional I was unable to recieve or place call to clients unless on a landline. Which is unacceptable, the staff is quite aware of this and will not inform you.

Second, this is a 900-unit apartment complex with no vistor parking.

Third, the apartment is not a luxury apartment. No doorbell so if someone stop by you will be unable to hear them. Since I moved in everything has broke, I am always calling maintance. Yes there is a gym but it is a joke the cheapest equipment ever. If you try to go there is never any cardo equipment available (there is only 2 treadmills.)

Fourth, vehicle are being broken into within the parking garage. Vehicle theft. Signs posted to warn you, makes me feel so safe...Just because there is gate it is only for looks.

Fifth, leasing department is only looking after themselves, their commission check.

If I would save you from signing a lease I hope so. I wished I was warned. Unfortantely I have tried to get out of my lease ($4000 to end earlier) so I am stuck here. Very unhappy!!!
