Don't bother moving there, if product knowledge and delightful customer service is what you are looking for in a property that you will be living on for atleast one year. Everytime I go into the office to ask a question I without fail get a dumbfounded look from the agents, they claim to have been around for awhile and yet none of them know much about anything. I would probably be better off looking it up on the internet, I'm sure google could offer me more help then them. Not to mention the one girl that works down there, ----... Thats a whole nother story. Apparently her and the property manager have been sleeping together for quite a while now. Hmmmm.... I don't know that I would ever trust anything that comes out of either of their mouths they are just trying to cover up for each other. All I hear the other residents talking about down at the pool is that she is pregnant and they are getting married. Well I guess that would explain why she is such a nasty ----- to everyone that walks thru that door. all those mood swings, maybe she should take maternity leave since can't seem to control them. Not to mention her complete and utter lack of class. Talk about straight GHETTO, I feel bad for the baby coming into this world with her as its mother. She can't even speak in proper english, all the slang that she uses and the aint's, damn it if you are going to work in a professional envirnoment act like a professional, the concept is not too difficult to grasp. Just be careful as you will see on a daily basis the two of them down at 7/11 buying wine and walking to his apartment together, I guess it all makes since now. I would say even if the world was ending and the only place to find survival thru shelter was Park Regency I would let myself die a slow, tortuous, miserable death before contacting them. If you don't want to listen or just straight do not believe me then go ahead and pay 1785.00 for your rat infested 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, have your cars broken into in the middle of the night and listen to the ghetto music that ghetto people blast as they drive thru this complex with their windows down because they think it looks sooooo cool. Read the rest of the reviews about Park Regency and then make the decision for yourself.

Eww, I just came to this site to check out the place that I'm moving into. I've had bad apartment experiences before, and I'm in no place to comment on PR here, just wanted to comment on THIS review. Question is, what in the world does THIS gossip about the property manager and some "ghetto" girl that works "there" have to do with the price of gas in China? If PR screws me, I'll be here, most definitely, but this commentary is irrelevant, trashy, and "GHETTO" itself. If the majority of people that live in the complex gossip about stuff like this about people they hardly know, then I guess the author is right, the place is "GHETTO," just like the gossip, I mean author.
