This apartment has been a nightmare since my move in day. There is no parking, the management is downright rude for no apparent reason. The maintenance staff when you move out are required to find problems, when I moved out they couldn't find any so they made them up. I had to pay for them to paint closet doors when there was nothing wrong with them, that cost me $200. I lived in the apartment for 3 weeks! Do not rent here, you will regret it minutes after signing the lease. Which by the way is an unreasonable amount to break, like $3000 for the smallest one bedroom apartment. I read the other reviews and 100% agree with the bad ones, the good ones not so much.

I totally agree. I just moved out and they are trying to rob me. They are charging me for the painting of my front door which is was unfair when they pressure wash all the time. They are charging me for the cabinets because they said the doors are uneven. They have always been like that. All I can say its been a nightmare. The property manager is the biggest -------!!!! Unbelieve that they allow someone so unprofessional to represent them.

I posted a review a few years ago and am shocked to hear nothing's changed. I sat in the waiting room waiting to talk with the management group when my complaint calls, emails, and registered letter went unanswered. They did the same to me - claimed that everything in the apartment needed to be repainted after I moved out. Including the closet doors! I lived in the apartment for less than 6 months and the place was cleaner when I left compared to when I moved in. All of my prior landlords gave raving thanks for how clean I left my places. Then this ridiculous company screwed me. I also sent a registered letter to their parent company in Beverly Hills. Also unanswered. DO NOT MOVE HERE - you will regret it.

It takes more than a few staff members to make OR even get close to an above 35% rating for this place. This low rating of PR has always hovered around a 25% recommend or in other words 75% DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. However, it shows that at least - if not more than 75% of the ratings from previous (or god forbid current) renters are negative that this place has a huge problem. One that I would say given the YEARS long history of complaints shows that the very top of Park Regency's Management and Owners are the problem. Some Could ALSO SAY IT IS THE LOCAL POLICE AND COURTS. Not only are the owners of PR to be blamed but also the local courts for not taking action against this despicable property and management company. All I can say after living here is... the corruption, lack of safety, horrible security and general area down trodden existence is endemic of this area of the bay and management companies like the one that serves the PR property. I will not even get into the local courts and law enforcement lack of serving the people for the greater good of the public trust and interests.
