WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS SINCE WE MOVED IN, FIRST THE APARTMENT WE MOVED INTO WAS NOT READY TO BE MOVED IN!! THE WINDOW LEAKED EVERYTIME IT RAINED FOR ABOUT A MONTH I TOLD THEM AND TOLD THEM AND THEY DID NOTHING AND NOW THERE IS MOLD AND THEY SAY THERES NOT AND I AM ALMOST 7 MONTHS PREGNANT, THATS NOT HEALTHY TO BREATH IN!!!! THE MAINTANCE SUCKS!!!!! THERE IS ONLY ONE GUY WHO DOES ANYTHING RIGHT AND YOU CANT HARDLY UNDERSTAND WHAT HE IS SAYING BUT HE IS A VERY NICE GUY THE OTHER IS AN ASS AND VERY RUDE AND HALF ASSES EVERYTHING, I DONT KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT WHEN I WAS GROWING UP MY DAD TAUGHT ME YOU EATHER DO SOMETHING RIGHT THE FIRST TIME OR YOU DONT DO IT AT ALL!!!! WE HAVE HAD BUGS BUGS BUGS, THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE ABOVE US ARE RUDELY LOUD!!!! THE GATES ARE A JOKE!!!!! THERE NEVER FULLY LOCKED THE WALK IN GATE IS ALWAYS OPEN, THERE IS TRASH EVERYWHERE OUTSIDE THE PONDS ARE A JOKE AS WELL VERY DIRTY!!!! WE HAVE ONLY LIVED HERE 4 MONTHS AND WE ARE MOVING OUT ASAP!!!!!

APARTMENT FROM HELL. You should move out immedicately!!! I sued their asses off in 2003 and won. The law is on your side...do not give in to their excuses. I had so much problems you wouldn't even believe, and I only lived there for less than 2 months. If they do not let you out of your lease, do not be afraid, just MOVE and sue them! Best Regards!

It takes more than a few staff members to make OR even get close to an above 35% rating for this place. This low rating of PR has always hovered around a 25% recommend or in other words 75% DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. However, it shows that at least - if not more than 75% of the ratings from previous (or god forbid current) renters are negative that this place has a huge problem. If you have read this far then your gut is probably screaming run run run away from PR. If not then this place is for you the one without a clue.
