I actually haven't lived in Park Regency for a few years (call me crazy but i moved out when the building exploded due to the gas leak that managment never took care of)..... however, I have NOTHING good to say about this place and wanted to share:

1) Rent is about 2x what it should be, and even then its not worth it,

2) If you like living with drug dealers, felons, illegal immigrants, etc - THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! I swear I was the only person in my building that had a normal 9-5 job!

3) The apartments/buildings are falling apart, they were poorly built and are not maintained (i.e. gas explosion in 2002).

4) No parking for your guests

5) NOISY - the way these units are built, they are 5 stories tall and very close, making even the smallest sounds amplified and loud.

I could go on and on, but hopefully this information here will help someone else to avoid the misery I had to deal with when I lived at this dump. DO NOT RENT HERE!

This person is stupid and needs to be killed. This person has no life Why would you say something like that about this community. I have lived here for almost 7 years. It is the best place you could find around here.. management and the maintenance is great. This place is clean and looks great all the time.

very true,,,, i lived here for a 2 years also,,i never heard anything about an explosion. its amazing how some people who probebly got evicted for non pay or god knows what, and they come here talking bad about my place of residence. TURST ME ALL THIS IS FAKE. SOMEONE MAD WHO IS TRYING TO TALK BAD ABOUT THIS PLACE.

The explosion did happen a few years ago.... that's true you can double check... The rest of the review is pretty subjective, but that's what the reviews are subjective views, right. To the first commenter: you are either management or crazy, most likely both! Yeah, let's kill everyone who we don't agree with. This is not Iran or North Korea, sorry. Noise issue is also pretty bad - management starts their grounds work very early, sometimes even before 8am and for some reason they always start with noisiest jobs first. I constantly wake up to leaf-blowers, mowers, or something else that is so loud that I can't talk on the phone in my own apartment - good news is that they are usually done by 11am and it becomes a lot quieter. Why they can't move their loud work to later in the day escapes me, but what can you expect

Sorry... I realized after reading my response (1st) that that was a little harsh. Its just that I live here and I hate reading the bad things about my home, I got a little sensitive. I just don't realize why someone who lived here so long ago should be rating a place two years after they left.
