Even the rating of 1.0 is too much for this crap.
They just put the cheapest and worst possible things together.
Don't get fooled by the pics on their website.
Big compliment should go to the photoshop/graphic designer.
- No visitor parking
- Walls are paper-thin
- Selfish and ego-centric neighbors that are exetremely hard to live with
- Never ending noise problem which is super annoying
- Bird ---- everywhere all the time which is so disgusting especially when you go to school or work every morning, you should step on the ---- because there's no other way.
- Very well trained office staff. If you ever complain on anything, the very-well-trained people there will blame y.o.u on your own complaints and/or on your impatience. (why should the tenants be patient for other people's problems')
- No matter how many times you give them notice or complaints, nothing will be changed really.
- I've lived in 7 apartment complexes over the past 5 years. I can tell with my fullest confidence that this is the worst one ever.
- Rent looks cheap compared to other apartments in this area at first, but compared to the quality of living you'll get here, rent is way too high.
- Please look further and avoid this. Don't make the same mistake.
