Upon moving in, we were never informed about mandatory move out charges. Or else we would have never moved in to this place. Although we kept the unit in good condition and thoroughly cleaned everything before moving out, they charged for painting, shampooing the carpet, etc. which should be their operating expense. Rather, they make the tenants pay for it. Basically they kept most of our move in deposit. This place is a rip off!!!
