These people are only concerned with getting maximum money out of you. Once you leave the apartment, no matter how much you get the house cleaned, as per their Move-I/Move Out report, everything will be Not Clean and they will deduct a hefty amount from your deposit. Just another way to get money out of your. So before renting, do consider this as a part of your rent.

The staff is not helpful. Incase you call them and talk something, after few days they bluntly lie that they received no calls and no such thing was discussed

Another thing is the lease breakage. Once you get into their apartment, they know you cannot leave unless you pay them some 2000-3000$ for lease breakage.

Do yourselves a favor, and get a better home at this rate
