After reading the ratings, I was very concerned about getting the deposit back when we had to relocate to another area, but they were very fair, although very thorough in their move out inspection. These apartments were quiet, friendly, and the grounds were extremely well kept up. Maintenance was very efficient and timely. The office staff were very helpful and friendly. It was convenient because of its closeness to BART and shopping was just a short distance away. The pools, weight room, club house, and public area were kept spotless. I'm sorry but I do not agree. The Sherriffs dept still has to park in this complex because the car break ins have not stopped but increased. Yes the maintenance workers are efficent but some do not speak English or appear to be sitting around in the cooridors. The amenities are indeed nice but the safety is the complex is not acceptable. Also the walls are very thin, almost like paper. I can hear anything my neighbors (run water, open cabinets, tv). For the price and this area you can do better.

This place sucks to live. Its only nice if you are an indian who is use to living with rats.

I agree with the original poster. These other two responses are probably by the same person. The response on 4/4 sounds similar to many other bad reviews and the other responder on 4/17 is a racist and a bigot.
