I moved in about 4 months ago and I really like my apartment. I like the layout. I have a 2 bedroom apartment. It's nice because I have two full bathrooms and two reserved parking spaces in the garage. I couldn't find that anywhere else because everywhere else only offered one reserved space and we have two cars. It's also nice that we have a washer and dryer in the apartment. They are not that big, but it does the job and it's very convenient. I don't let the laundry pile up anyway.

I don't hear much from the people who live around me. I live on the top floor, so I guess that's not really an issue for me. But I don't hear the people on the side of me either.

For the most part, I think this is a good place to live. I will probably stay here for a while. The price isn't bad and you get a lot for your money. The complex is kept up nicely by the maintenance men and women. The people in the leasing office are also very friendly and nice.

I really don't have any complaints. Hopefully I get my deposit back when I move out, but my deposit was only $600 anyway. I imagine that with all the cleaning, painting, carpet cleaning, and maintenance that they will have to do to my apartment when I move out, I should get maybe $200 back. I don't think people should really expect to receive their full deposit back. I have never lived at an apartment where the management ate that much of the cost.

Overall, a really good place to live for the money.

clarencem, I have to agree with most of your points you made in your review. I currently live at park regency and can say that I am pretty content. I do hear my neighbors above me every once in a while when they are watching something with their surround sound system but I complained to the Nick in the office and it does not happen so much anymore. I have a 1 br apartment and I wish I got a 2 br because I would have liked another space for my guests because it can be tight at times. I do not think this other anonymous responder is real, you should read the response to his post from the same day. This is just someone who has it out for the people that work at the complex. I am pretty happy with this place and it is a good place to live.

dvillasenor - LOL, you keep writing every good review here alone!!! (well and your anonymous friends who is YOU) I feel so sorry for you, really. This is your whole life ha? working for this dump and lie to people that this is the best place to live in? Boy I feel sorry for you. You know, there are more to life than this!
