Park Regency is one of the worst places I ever lived at. We lived in a two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. The apartment had three sliding glass doors and no windows. First it didn't look anything like the show room apartment. We got there and it was the dingiest apartment along with no light so it looked like a cave. The apartment had really cheap appliances. The dishwasher never cleaned the dishes right, the garbage disposal was always breaking. They replaced our washer/dryer only because the previous one was filthy. So the new washer/dryer broke within a month. In the summer the AC unit broke and didn't work properly for a while. In the winter a large cold draft would come through the apartment due to the ghetto sliding glass doors. We always had to crank the heat high in order to feel any warmth.
This apartment was one of the noisiest places because maintenance always seemed to be doing some kind of ground work along with constant power washing of the building, the stairs, and the entrance way. Talk about wasting water when California is in a drought! Also when they power wash the building all the dirt from it ends up on your porch. There is no way to get it off because there is only one small drain hole which doesn't drain anything.
The management sucks. During our walk through to finally get out of there, mind you they came when no one was home. They stepped on my fiance's computer and cracked the screen. When we brought it up to management they totally denied it and didn't pay for it! Such low class! They stole our deposit and charged us for something that was there from the previous tenant! The place was also getting ghetto. People would drive by our apartment with loud music and base you could feel for miles which would wake up our daughter! We could hear everything that went on outside too. We might as well have been living outside. The 711 that is right in front of Park Regency is owned by a child molester! One of the tenants got held up at knife point and they didn't even notify their tenants about it! We found out because there were police officers patrolling the garages! I could go on about more things but I don't have time. Take it from me save yourself a lot of hassle and don't move there!

I agree to everything you've said. I had almost the same experience living there :( Awful place.
