The apartments are relatively large. The kitchen is too small for more than one person to work in, and the appliances really need replacing. There are silverfish everywhere, as well as other bugs. The place is a pretty good value for the price. The office staff is great, and the pool is nice and big-you can actually swim in it! Laundry is pricy, and there are not enough machines for the number of people washing clothes. Also, they really need to replace some of the washers and dryers...overpriced and often don't wash or dry properly. Grounds are fairly well maintained. Garbage chutes are often blocked and the recycling bins are often full of stinky garbage. Sorry this is so random and skipping back and forth between pros and cons. I just wrote it as it all came to me.
