I read through all of the other reviews and agree with everyone of them completely. This is a place where no one piece is exceptional, except maybe the staff, who are great, but together the pieces make a very comfortable and safe experience. I also think the tenants are way above average. There are no trouble makers or trouble bringers, losers or low tones. Choosing tenants seems to be an area where the staff do good. It's relatively quiet with some random exceptions usually from young, new tenants who, as one of the staff said, usually don't last that long. Seems to be a very respectable group. Suprisingly this place feels like home. I enjoy my neighbors and love the location. It is a stones throw from downtown Walnut Creek and what I like best is that it's at the beginning of Creekside Drive and not down into what seems to be sort of a mess of apartment buildings deep into Creekside. Things do breakdown here but generally dont linger. All of the other reviews put together pretty much cover the pros and cons.(silverfish bad, pool good, A/C bad, floor plan space good, leaf blower friday mornings very bad, location good) As you can see it has up and downs but somehow maintains a great balance that keeps me paying my rent.
