i moved here in march 2007.i didnt have any issues till now. The office is open seven days a week.And have good access to the management team. This building is built in 1970's i guess. but they maintain it very nicely. I had few problems with the plumbing but they came right away to fix it. If its emergency the maintainence guy comes right away, if not have to go couple of times to remind them about our issue. For the rent we are paying its a nice place in walnut creek area.Very clsoe to the downtone and just beside the iron horse trail. HAve a big pool and jaccuzi. No complains till now.
