The GREEDIEST LANDLADY IN WALNUT CREEK!!!!!

OK place to live, good location, but the landlady at this building redefines the word GREEDY. In the next edition of Webster's Dictionary, her picture will be posted to the right side of the word "greed"....if you live in this mediocre building, you can count on a rent increase every single year, WITHOUT FAIL!!!!! She could have numerous vacancies, and she'll still raise your rent.....GREED, GREED, GREED, GREED.....RUN FOR THE HILLS!
