Nice apartment, cheap rent, great swimming pool. There is no central air, but you do get a single a/c unit in the living room. Also, between bars closing and some of the neighbors at the next building over having people over, you sometimes hear drunk people yelling and screaming at 2 am. Usually a "shut up" will do the trick and this is not always a problem. Overall, good location, easy to walk downtown, shopping and restaurants. Parking is ok, usually no problem finding a street spot and each apartment gets one assigned spot. The pool is beautiful, the manager is very conscientious about keeping things immaculate.
