Why were all the good review posted on the same day'

There is truth in the poor reviews.
Asbestos ceilings, Mold problems and ancient appliances/appointments.

The resident manager Robin appears to have difficulty with anger. She will make your life most difficult if she decides she does not like you. (beware if you must contact the management company directly for repairs because Robin would not answer your calls).

I recently witnessed her harass a neighbor into a crying/screeming match. (They suddenly moved out). There seems to be frequent tennant turnover. We are moving abroad or would fear posting this.

Very unprofessional.

I have been at San Marco for many years and I find it funny that it seems the bad reviews are anonymous. If you felt that strongly than why
post with no name.
I have had nothing but positive experiences and anytime I have had a problem Robin the on-site manager has been more than happy to help me or direct me to someone who can help.

I find it funny you would write such a thing and then post it ANONYMOUS this place sounds like a pit but i bet its interesting to live there :)

The reason people post comments anonymously is because the management company retaliates against people who complain - suddenly they "lose", your maintenance requests, "lose" your rent checks, refuse to answer your calls or return messages, and won't answer their door if you walk across the complex to report a problem since they're never in the office. Oh, and let's not forget that the "resident manager" (Carol) is often off the property during normal business hours because she's going to school - not that additional education would hurt her, but isn't she paid to actually do any work on the property? The homeowners' association would fire the criminal property management company if they knew that they weren't getting what their contract entitles them to!
