I find it very offensive that these lies would be posted on the internet without any investigating.
San Marco Apartments reputation has reached an all time high in professional customer service. If the on-site management was so bad then tell me why the turnover has been pretty close to none.
The only reason for recent moves is people getting married, transfer for jobs or buying homes.

San Marco has many long term residence that can confirm what a great community it is.
If the management was so bad then tell me why people are waiting in line to move in to these units'

Look at how low the rent is compared to anything else in the area. Could be one reason. But smart folk know you get what you pay for. You seem unusually aware of the "high reputation" of san marco's customer service. Most people search sites like this to glean reputations. You also seem to have tabs on all the "turnover" of the "units". i call turnover moving and units apartments. The more I read your angry rant I wonder if you are the manager with the bad temper the other reviews keep talking about? sorry to bust you -Anonymous- but im looking for real recomendations. Its really irritating when people hack these sites to plug their gigs. no matter how transparent.

"On-site management"? Are you kidding me? The manager is NEVER in the on-site office, rarely answers her phone or apartment door, and good luck getting her to return calls! I don't know why the property owners pay this person since she doesn't do anything and you can never find her, even during the hours the contract states she's supposed to work, but then I guess they're as brain-dead as their "on-site manager"!
