First of, say bye bye to your security deposit. They did not bother sending me a statement refunding my security deposit until I called them up and it was sent 26 days after I moved out which means they lose the right to keep any of the deposit by law (21 days law). They dared to charge me $51 in addition to taking all my deposit! I left the place in practically the same condition as when I moved in. I sent a letter challenging their statement and they refunded some of the money back because they did not want to go to court. Other negative things: The onsite manager is very shady and plays dumb when she does not want to deal with things. She discrimintaes as I have seen it first hand. She started to yell at me when I asked her about the deposit statement and didn't answer my questions. The walls are paper thin. You can hear what all your neighbors are doing. The laundry room is a cramped closet with a small washer/dryer unit crammed in and you can barely enter it to do your laundry. Parking is a pain! There are too few parking spots and there is not much street parking either. Go spend your money somewhere else. Trust me.
