Cheap but you get what you pay for

Do NOT live at the front of the building, you get noise from Boulevard way at ALL TIMES OF THE DAY. Plus garbage trucks, freeway noise, and workmen. THe noisiest place I've ever lived in. Plus, the management just made a rule that you can't grill out on the patios. Who makes rules like that'
The apt. is ok on the inside but TINY, just 870 sq feet for two bedrooms. But, to their credit, makes the most of the space. Oven is OLD. Air conditioner is near the floor in the kitchen, which means the bedrooms don't get the cool air. They do allow pets.
