It sounds like this place used to be pretty bad. Since I have lived here the property is under new management and all I can say is nothing but good things. I have needed several repairs but all of them were done in a timely manner and I was satisfied with the work. It is not a bad place to live and the pool is fine. I don't know about the complex prior to 2005 but since I have been here it is a nice place to live. I have not seen any shady characters hanging outside and I feel safe here. I think maybe those people left with the prior tenants. There is always parking and the building is quiet by 10:30pm or so because everyone that lives here now works so they have to get up early. I don't have any complaints about the Spanish Castle Apartments. Come see for yourself.
