Well besides the always brain dead and seemingly drunk manager it is an OK place to live. There are some loud rude people below me that I have `called the manager on and all she said to do was call the police because she didn't want to deal with it. She doesn't like to deal with anything besides watering the three flower beds in the complex. My neighbor next to me insisted on having all night parties until one weekend I BLASTED some Slayer and other Death Metal into her wall at 9am...since then she got the point. That was the same night I overheard the complex manager talking ---- saying that I am "sensitive to noise." (Drunks say the darnedest things) There is some kind of company that does construction at odd hours of the night next to the complex, which can be irritating. Other than that it is a fine place to live. The bottom apts. get a yard and the top get a balcony. The only reason I moved here is because the manager allowed my sweet rottweiler to move in too...everyone else wouldn't even meet him.
