We signed a year lease to a 2bd 2 bath at a great price but we didn't realize all of the extras!!! Included with no notice you get: strangers who park in your parking space (there is no street parking so this is not amusing at 3am when you get home), an unexplained blanket cost for water/garbage/sewer which totals about $70 when they say its only about $15, the office staff ignores you most of the time but matinence is very fast, you get complimentry wake up calls by the gardeners who only mow sat/sun at 530am, and best of all the hallways smell like a casino with aged cigarette butts, spider webs, and if your as lucky as us, you may have a neighbor who uses their front door as a trash can, urinal, and kennel. Awesome!!!
