I lived here for over 5 years and have watched it go downhill. DOWN DOWN DOWN hillllllll. The walls are thin, the tenants are loud and the whole place creaks and sounds like it is going to fall down any minute.

College kids have moved in and they are drunk, rude, loud and argue when you ask them to turn things down. They scream at night, hooting and hollering for no reason I can find, and pee in the bushes. I watched them sell drugs at one time in the parking area.

1) YOU pay for water/garbage/gas. It is a 50.00 - 64.00 bill every month. For what'''' The building is old, the air conditions EAT electricity and the heaters are a joke. The glass is NOT DOUBLE PANED. YOU LOOSE money as it goes out the bad windows.

2) No more storage. They tore down the old, and you have to PAY and PAY for the new. AND they don't accept packages anymore from UPS etc.

3) They replaced the rug and painted the walls. The walls are Pea green, the rugs are a bad motel 6 black with weird brown flecks. The lobby area is ringed in a strange brown beige stuff. They don't match and the place looks really bad now.

4)If you lock your self out - TOOO BAD. Its not an emergency. You have to wait until morning when the office opens or pay to get a locksmith.

5) THEFT THEFT THEFT THEFT THEFT. Everywhere.

6) The hot tub is filthy. People "do things" in it late at night when it is suppose to be closed. And I don't mean drink beer, but they do that too.

7) The staff doesn't give a rats ass about you. They only care about new renters. Once you rent, you don't matter.

8) The NEVER USED TO HAVE KIDS. NOW THEY ARE EVERYWHERE.

9) The balcony's are falling apart. I nearly broke my neck when one of the planks broke.

10) The staff doesn't care. Period. If you say anything you get ATTITUTE from the wennie assistant in the office.

11) They are a nice layout with good square footage, but it's not worth it. NOT NOT WORTH IT.

I moved to a smaller apartment in a place where they tenants CARE and the STAFF care and am much happier.

Everything that has been stated is true! They told me when I moved in that the water/garbage/gas bill was $30 per month, but it is actually about $60. I was also told that they would be double paning the windows within the month...ya right, It's been almost a year and nothing has happened. I wonder if the rent will go up even more when they do finally decide to do that. Also, I have locked myself out and called the emergency staff #. They really don't care. My step-dad brought over the ladder and we climbed up to the second story and luckily, I was able to get in. Give thanks to the faulty lock on my balcony door. But I guess if I could get in, anyone could. I had my laundry stolen out of the dryer this morning, but only select peices (aka: my favorite). F that! Our balcony was about to cave when we moved in and they wouldn't fix it. We had to eventually write a letter to the staff saying we could get the law involved because it was hazardous. At least now if we need something fixed, they know not to mess with us.
