I lived there alone for 5 years. From 1995-2000. At first it was great, lots of college age or, like me, just out of college aged people. People were friendly and I felt safe, even in the garage at night. Almost overnight it became gross, dirty, and downright scary. Thug central. I was scared to take my garbage down the hall at night. (And yeah, what WAS that smell'!'!) The stupid fire alarm went off in the middle of the night at least once a week. The exterior doors were always broken so that they couldn't be locked. Great. Very sad because it's such a great location.

Oh, I think I parked near that red car, too. A Corolla, right' I think the reason it never got stolen was because it probably wouldn't start. I noticed it was covered in dust and the registration sticker was at least three years past due.
