False advertising! Tennis courts locked, building locks and door intercoms constantly broken, loud tenants (kids, dogs, music), prowlers, trash on grounds and halls, tenants not allowed to use club house - "it's our break room. It's not for tenants." (Direct quote from a leasing agent!) Frequent false fire alarms, frequent stuck elevators, office won't accept packages for tenants, parking is a nightmare, water & trash additional - divided among all tenants "pro-rated" they say, loud freeway noise, 100% office staff turnover every few months, vandalism, etc. The only thing this company is quick about is towing cars parked in spaces reserved for office staff and taping delinquency notices to front doors so all neighbors can read. Equity, time to clean up your act. You are losing good tenants fast. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
