Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I made the mistake of moving my family into this sh*thole. What a dump! Everything is broken, old, rotting, covered in grime. There is rampant vandalism. One of the most bizzare things I have encoutered is shopping carts ALL OVER the place. in the hallways, in the elevator, in the garage, on the sidewalk. WTF!'!' This place is a disgrace and I am too ashamed to have my friends come over to visit. Not only is the rent excessive, but the utility bills are straight out robbery. Seriously, it's a scam. The tenants pay for everything including the ugly water fountains, and the laundry room water/heat/electricity. $100 for water/sewage, $100 for electricity for just one month! insanity. criminal. I people who own houses who don't pay even close to that much. To hell with Equity Properties!
