I lived in this complex for 6 months. The apartment was fairly decent, but the people who work there make the whole deal a bust. Staff has a HUGE turnover rate which means NO one knows what they are doing, quoting "computer issues" or referring you to never-present higher ups when they don't know what they're talking about. I work in the legal system and am VERY on top of bills, etc, and made photocopies of EVERYthing, but still was constantly met with sketchy, "unknown" balances that no one could explain to me. I was charged for parking and utilities twice and often three times, and upon moving out, was sent to COLLECTIONS for an "unowed" balance that I had paid! Besides the fact that Creekside is a sketchy place to live, I would say Whispering Oaks is by far the WORST for close to the HIGHEST rent. Do not live here!

I worry about moving out because the carpet was worn out when I moved in and I feel that I might be held responsible for it because no one is here that was here in management. I was promised things that this management says they do not have to do for me.
