So far I've really enjoyed it here, my experience has been great. The staff is always nice and helpful, and when ever I've had a maintenance problem they have fixed it right away. My apartment is really cute and I really like the Fire Place and my patio area is over a fountain and the pool. Yes parking is a Big problem, isn't it everywhere is Walnut Creek' Also, I wish my neighbors were a little more courteous especially with picking up after their pets, and leaving the building doors open.

My apartment looks at a plywood wall. very few apartments have a nice view. Most do not have a fireplace and many do not have dishwashers. It is $1.50 to wash and $1.25 to dry and the clothes come out wrinkled if someone does not take them from the laundry room. Haven't you seen the hacked doors near the smelly workout room? Why don't they do something about that horrible smell of sweat in the workout room. They make products to do that now.
