I called and talked to Shannon the Manager directly every day for a week. The door for pedestrians leaving/entering the gated parking lot (north gate) would not open with or without a key. This is the normal operation of these apartments. Nothing ever gets done even if you talk to the manager.

SHANNON seems to not have much experience. She lacks people skills. Her notes about what is allowed on patio's shows her lack of education.
