I have called the office and talked to the staff and manager several times. There is a dog barking all the time.(by the hot tub) Nothing has been done. The staff is useless. This is only one of many complaints I have about this place.
DONT RENT HERE !!!!

This is one of the very few apt complexes we found that allows dogs - at least more than one. This is not kept a secret when you make in inquiry into renting here. Next time you move into an apt complex, ask about your potential immediate neighbors, children and pets. Dogs will be dogs - and they bark. Kids will kids - they're noisy too. It comes with territory of living in an APARTMENT COMPLEX. As long as the noise level is kept minimal during the hours most people are sleeping - I've no complaints. When I'm ready for peace and quiet, I'll move into a house or complex where NO pets or KIDS are welcome.

Staff does not take care of property. They take shortcuts to maintain things. Do you know that you can get locked in the downstairs gararge. A fire could start and you would have no way out. The staff puts paint over problems in apartments and rents them out. They do not fix the problems ever!! I like that dogs are allowed, some breeds of dogs bark more than others. This is a behavior that the owner should take care of. If the dog lives this close to others, measures and training is needed to curb the barking problem. It is not the dogs fault, it is the owners FAULT
