Parking sucks, apartments are way too loud, walls are paper thin, the gates never work, you have to drive from gate to gate to get in to park your car. Electronics don't work (stove ecspecially). Raised price if month to month from $1265.00 to $1600.00. I can pay a 3 bedroom mortgage on that rate. Everything falls apart. and the Halls are the worst. You better wear a nose plug, it stinks like urine and aweful stench. Management never calls back. DO NOT RENT HERE. THESE PEOPLE WILL SCREW YOU. YOU WILL NEVER FIND PARKING. YOUR CAR WILL GET BROKEN INTO AND IF YOU LIVE ON THE FIRST OR SECOND FLOOR.....YOU WON'T SLEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU CAN HERE EVERYTHING THAT YOUR NEIGHBOR DOES.......... TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS DIRTY AND CREEKSIDE IS FILLED WITH CRACKHEADS. MIGHT AS WELL CALL IT CRANKSIDE DR.

yes the halls do smell, in part because of the fires in the dumpster that allows smoke to flow up the garbage shoots.
