Horrible apartments. I specifically asked before agreeing to move in if there was easy access to the apartment since I was moving across country and I have a wheelchair-bound family member. Staff said elevator was nearby which was completely untrue -- it's in a seperate building offset by a half flight of stairs!

Three weeks after moving into the complex I had seen 3 different cars in the parking lot with smashed windows. The police woke me up at 3am banging on my neighbor's door on a couple occasions, and once my apartment door lock was broken and vandalized. The staff had the nerve to imply I vandalized the lock myself and I should pay for a new door. First floor apartment pet owners allowed their pets to urinate in the hallway. Had I chosen to renew my lease (what a joke!) they wanted 200$ more a month in rent because it was current "market value". I've seen college frat houses that were in better condition. Total slum.

yes-yes-yes-yes, the management is nuts shannon and christine are out of control. You are right, the rent goes up hundreds of dollors depending on who you are and how pleased they are with you. Everyone pays a different price. Personal information is put on doors for everyone to see. Young people are given better treatment than older folks. The fact that a person in you home was disabled, caused you a disadvantage. I am so sorry that more people do not read you review and still choose to rent here
