Enticing when you take a tour with the staff at first, but after I moved in, they really stop caring what you say.
If you are walking the property, ask these questions:
1) Is there any guest parking' If no, where will people park when they come to visit'
2) What is the average time it takes to fix things'
Responses from the office were really poor when I lived there. The people were actually very rude. When my on year lease expired ( I paid $1065 a month to move in) I had the option of going month to month for $1495 or signing a year lease for $1285. If you had tried to start a lease at the same time being new to the building the lease would have been closer to $1135.
I cleaned my apartment meticulously, am a very tidy person and they kept my security deposit because they claimed there was mold in the grout in the tile in the bathroom.
The property is owned by Equity Apartments, which is probably in a serious cash crunch, so they will probably do anything they can to get your monty.
Additionally, the comments about the rolled up notices in door every month are true. They actually put your rent notice in your door. I worked from home, so I would actually read other people's to find out what other units cost.
The guys on the maintenance staff are really nice, but the management people are kind of ridiculous. I once called and the manager told me she couldn't meet with me, that she was out of the office. I went to drop off my rent and she was there, seemed really embarassed and then met with me.
Additionally, there were a lot of car break-ins on the street. The police are constantly on Creekside Drive.
Watch out. Ask the management staff some good questions if you're thinking about living here.

I agree with you. The maintenance staff are very friendly and really do try to help and solve problems. On the other hand, the office staff are stupid, inexperienced, and really couldn't care less. When I went away on a trip, I paid my rent two weeks in advance and asked two different "team members" NOT to place a rolled up rent notice on my doorknob while I was away. But they did anyway, and there it was waiting for me when I got home even though I had paid the rent two weeks previously. Equity charges top of the line "market value" rental rates, then provides tenants with bottom of the line personnel as office staff.

you are right the staff is rude. We cannot help it. Shannon makes us treat you like dirt. She is from South San Fran and has a chip on her shoulder towards white singles esp. We are taught to lie to you, cheat you and no one get their deposit back. Shannon loves taking people to court and thinks she is a queen to good for the average resident to speak with. None of the office staff or workers are bonded. They steal and use furniture they have taken from people who do not pay rent on time for their accounts with traveling nurses. The cleaning lady rides the bus to work with her laundry and uses the few machines that are intended for residents. Staff breaks into apartments all the time. Last year we had a notice that they needed to measure all apartments and would come in with or without permission, that was to case your apartment and know which to steal from
