Pretty good with a few problems

The apartment overall is good. The maintenance staff is very responsive and has been there within 24-48 hours. The gym is mediocre, mostly aerobic machines (treadmill, bike, stairmaster). The grounds are well maintained and the pool and spa are nice. This place also allows small pets. The few downsides, you only get one parking space and parking on Creekside is a pain if you try after 5PM and most weekends. The walls seem thin at times (we can hear our neighbor upstairs walking and their tv at times). Also, sometimes the garages smell b/c the trash chutes become overfilled.
